Food plays a large role in health and wellness by providing your body the essential nutrients it needs, but figuring out how to best support your health through diet while living with an autoimmune disease can be overwhelming, frustrating and sometimes a little scary.

With so many different sources of information out there, and so many opinions, it’s hard to know what is right for you, your life and your body. I mean, what if you hate celery? Does this mean you’ll never be healthy if you don’t drink it every day?

This is where my Nutrition Coaching comes in. Through 1:1 online coaching, we work together to nourish your body in a way that works with where you’re at right now. You’ll learn the foundations of nutrition and how to support your body while still enjoying how you eat (if you aren’t really sure what a nutrition coach does, check out my article here).

Initial Consultation

An hour consultation where we will discuss your current eating and exercise habits, your goals and how we will work towards getting you there.

Daily Habits

We'll set daily, sustainable habits that you can use to get you one step closer to your goals, every day.

Progress Tracking

I'll track your progress and adjust your habits accordingly to keep us on track.

Weekly Lessons

Education and skill-building is important for you to be able to make the best nutrition decisions you can! You'll get weekly nutrition lessons from me that you can use in your every day life to make healthy choices.

Weekly Check-ins

These will work as a check-in and accountability session to ensure that you're able to stay on top of your tasks and that you're continuously moving forward!

Monthly Goal Assessments

I want to make sure you are working towards your goal - but also that your goal stays achievable and realistic for you. Plans and goals change, and that's OK! we'll keep working together to keep the momentum going.


Why don’t you just give me a meal plan?

In our time together, I teach you the skills that you need to be able to seek and maintain long-term, sustainable health. My aim is to enable and empower you to be able to live your healthiest life without relying on the next diet, restrictive meal plan or food fad. I want to teach you how to balance life, exercise and nutrition. Most people know how to follow a meal plan. What they don’t know is how to listen to their body, fullness and hunger cues and how to eat according to their goals without entering into another restrict-binge cycle. (You can totally keep the carbs in your diet and see results, promise)
