I teach women with autoimmune conditions to feel empowered in their bodies through mindset tools, nutrition, exercise and routine.
My journey autoimmune disease began 14 years ago when I was diagnosed with SLE (also known as Systemic Lupus). I’ve been through the journey – learning to manage my condition and live my version of a healthy, fit life – and now I’m on a mission to help others do the same.
My philosophy is that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to health. True health is not just what you do in the gym – it’s exercise, flexibility, treating your body well, eating your greens, practicing mindfulness and having a healthy self-esteem.

This coupled with weekly check ins and feedback on exercises and program, including video analysis and form checks, will set you up for success.
I want to teach you the skill of getting (or staying) healthy in the midst of a normal, complicated life. I’ll work with you using one-on-one nutrition coaching to help you eat healthier, feel better and support your training or lifestyle goals. Together, we will come up with a plan that best suits you and your lifestyle and preferences to get you to be the healthiest version of you.
